What happens to the data I enter into the address fields? Of course, we will never pass this information on to third parties. We adhere strictly to our data protection policy.
Do I need to be a POICON customer to refer a friend? Yes, but you only have to be a registered member and are not required to have purchased the products yourself.
Are there any restrictions on the people I wish to refer? The only restriction is the age of the referred customers - they should not be minors.
When can my referred friends use their products? Once we have processed their order, a new customer generally receives their products within 3 days.

When will I receive my €10 bonus credit? Within 21 days of telling us your friend's customer and transaction numbers. You will need to obtain these numbers from your friend yourself. We keep a record of all customer and transaction numbers. No settlement is offered. The payment will only be made into the specified account. Should your friend return their product for a refund within these 21 days, we will no longer be able to credit the €10 to your account.
